Terms of Service - MZJ Drive Storage
These terms apply to the use of MZJ Drive Storage, the Google Drive storage integration operated for MZJ CARS workflows.
Authorized use
The application is intended for authorized business use. Users may only access files, tasks, folders, and actions made available to them through the company's systems and permissions.
Storage service
Google Drive acts as a storage provider for application files. Availability may depend on Google services, the connected Google account, network connectivity, and the application's own backend services.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain files they are not authorized to access, misuse Google authorization, interfere with the application, or upload unlawful or malicious content.
File management
Authorized users and administrators may upload, download, replace, or delete files according to the workflow and permissions configured in MZJ Platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded business files are appropriate for the applicable task.
Changes to the service
MZJ CARS may update the application, its storage workflow, or these terms when required for operational, security, legal, or technical reasons.
