The application may process file names, file identifiers, folder identifiers, file metadata, upload/download status, and Google OAuth credentials required to maintain the authorized Google Drive connection.

Google Drive access

The application uses Google Drive only for application-related storage workflows. Its Drive permission is designed to limit access to files the application creates or files explicitly selected or made available to the application.

How information is used

• To create and organize application storage folders.
• To upload, retrieve, download, or remove files requested through authorized MZJ Platform workflows.
• To maintain the technical connection between MZJ Platform and Google Drive.
• To protect the service, troubleshoot failures, and keep operational records required for the storage workflow.

Sharing and sale of data

MZJ CARS does not sell Google user data. Google account information and Drive authorization are not used for advertising. Access is used only to provide the storage functionality described on this website.

Security and retention

OAuth credentials are handled by the application backend and should not be exposed to ordinary platform users. Files remain in the connected Google Drive account until they are deleted through an authorized workflow or by an authorized administrator.

Revoking access and deletion

The Google account owner can revoke the application's Google access from the Google Account security and third-party access controls. Application files can also be removed through authorized application workflows or from the connected Drive account by an authorized administrator.
